Today my mom and I baked bread..a few weeks ago I was determined that I would learn how..so we planned a date for today. What a good time we had! When I arrived she had a pot of coffee ready for us, and muffins that were fresh out of the oven..oh I'm so lucky! After we ate off to work we went. We made about 5 loaves of honey oat raisin bread, 2 loaves of regular honey oat bread and then some buns. We'll see if I was a good enough student to do this on my own next time, but we do enjoy any excuse to be able to bake together. Here are just a few pictures from our day!

ReplyDeleteLooks so good! I tried making buns for the first time a few months ago. They were great right out of the oven, but not so great the next day. So I plan to do it with my mom soon to learn more!
